- CCCarolineJun 23, 20251.0I completed a "hold mail card request" with the assistance of an agent at the Butler Post Office counter. I put it in my mailbox with the flag up, as directed. Weeks later a friend found my mailbox full of mail. What happened to the card I took my time to complete? I'm posting this question online because the Butler Post Office does not have an option on their automated answering service to "speak to a representative". Now I've devoted more of my time to this comment box in an attempt to get service. I'd prefer to give NO stars but could not "post" without a star selection. OH MY:/

The absolute definition of Pathetic!
