Knowing the post office it's probably miss delivered, and now lost. So, I had to go though this process of submitting a complaint and waiting to get a call back. My call back was the definition of poor service. So first off I would think that someone who is answering phones of a business would introduce the business and give name and title. Attempted to voice complaints about the package and getting someone else's mail for the last two years. Basically got 30 seconds of I don't care and we'll look for your package, I didn't appreciate the rudeness Celeste.
