Showed him the one for staples on mistake, went to show him the other and he didn’t even look at the second qr code that was for store, when I left he was silent despite me trying to say goodbye and have a good day. so I left for staples. Had to come back right after to return the one I knew I had.
- PEProteq EquestrianOct 18, 20251.0“Manager” identified herself as “Ben” but sounded like she was lying. Dropped off a Package Thursday and as of Saturday it still hadn’t been picked up. When I called to ask for status, “Ben” very snottily told me they probably picked it up and didn’t scan it and she didnt know what happened to it. I asked her what my options are and she said “you can just wait and see if it shows up or you can hang up.” Then she hung up on me. She can’t possibly be a manager or else UPS is hiring the worst brats in the world to run their stores. We are a reasonably large business and I think we are switching to FedEx because of this one employee.
