- CPCarolina PinheiroSep 13, 20251.0We just moved to Bushkill and never saw such bad public service like this office .... we buy a lot in Amazon prime and NEVER get our package in front of our door as was suppost to be. If your package doesn't fit in your mailbox, they lie that the mailbox is full. We live six miles away from this post office and we need to take uber to pick it up there. DESAPOINTED !!!!!!

With all the was struggling through/after COVID, they made changes in leadership and have gotten better- but work always needs to be done! Btw- our local delivery person is a delight! Keep up the good work and hope services continue to improve!

It shouldn't take a month to get someone their mailbox keys when they just moved and your staff should be able to communicate where said key is instead of having me wait in the hour+ line twice just to be told they can't find the key. If stupidity were a location it would be this post office. EDIT I wish I got your name, but the third day I waited in these crazy lines the woman working was amazing. Instead of telling me " oh we can't find your key" like the previous two workers, she gave me 2 keys and had the carrier change the lock that day so I was able to access my mail and packages. Thank you so much I appreciate you! The stars are for the amazing worker that actually helped me! The location still needs work!
