- EKEmma Katztoday1.0Do you have a phone number that you answer? I have been calling everyday for three weeks to speak with someone there to see if my mailbox has been unlocked. I drove to PA from upstate NY (6 hour round trip) and was told someone was going to call me within a couple of days to let me know when to pick up the new mailbox key. No phone call, and no answer when I called MULTIPLE times and no answering service. PLEASE ANSWER THE PHONE OR CHANGE YOUR NUMBER TO A PHONE NUMBER YOU WILL ANSWER.
