- KSKelli SimplesOct 22, 20251.0After 7 years of going to this location today was the first time I was denied shipping my free Amazon return item because the man working there said I could not use the tape or ship from his store unless the box closed properly and I told him it’s soft bedding and it can close properly by taping in a cross pattern. He said to me “not using my tape or from my store”. He told me I can buy a box from them or go find another box and come back. I cannot believe this man was denying free Amazon return shipping. I wonder why he declined to ship a Non UPS package and an item that did not require UPS insurance? Is UPS fining store employees nowadays and this man was afraid to let me use the store tape because he will be fined? Did he let me leave the store because he didn’t like my box? Was he discriminating based on my box? What is happening at this location?
