Appreciate the extra care print staff take on projects big and small.

Associates were kind and helpful. They didn't communicate the length of time the project would take or offer a price before stating the project. Both would have been helpful.

They promise same day bizcard pickup, but ended up taking three days, costed my two store visits, but still ended up cancelling the order because they could not get bizcards printed right. Unbelievable! I was not asking them to do any design or touch up on our design. We uploaded the image, you printed them out and made them ready in the time frame like you promised on your website. That's all! But They just could not do it !
