Employee Ashley tampered with mail and got caught, reprimanded, but did it again and this time tried to send our tax collectors notice back and they called to tell us that something wasn’t right. We took a look and found out she’s been withholding mail and marking BILLs as “undeliverable” for 18 months and we had to take out a signature loan to fix the damage. This is unacceptable and if the post office doesn’t hold itself to a higher standard then a jury will. She needs to be held accountable..
Update on the way soon(9/2025)..

Claimed mailbox wasn't accessible so they couldn't deliver my mail.
Clearly a lie because I have cameras with screenshots and time stamps.

I hate leaving bad reviews, especially one in my home town, but they are not the greatest when it comes to service. I am a small business owner and I live closer to the Brownsville post office. But I will not go there to mail my packages unless I absolutely have to. They give lectures on how to package items and if something is fragile they make it seem like if it breaks its your fault, not theirs. They are also rude when asked questions and or concerns. Mail usually is always late as well. They hold packages even when they are supposed to be out for delivery. They wait till the next day or the day after that to deliver, if they don't feel like delivering your package that day. Mail has been delivered to wrong addresses so many times as well. I recommend using Hiller post office instead of this post office.

Blatantly lie about "trying to deliver a package". I was sitting in the house all day long, and at the end of the day I checked the tracking number, and it said " Delivery attempted today at 5:39 PM
Unfortunately, USPS couldn't complete your delivery and is holding it for you to pick up. We're very sorry for the inconvenience.".
Yeah well, nobody tried to deliver anything, and no card was left. Just because they're overworked, or too lazy to get out of their car, doesn't mean they should lie. If it's a staffing issue or some other problem, just say that. Don't lie and say you tried to deliver it when I was sitting here the entire day.
