- MPMichael PalumboDec 31, 20251.0Absolutly horrible! Dont bother trying to call, or go into the office. Useless . Cant keep the same mail worker on the same route for more than a month or two. Delievered my mail to the wrong address, told me that they did so. Good luck trying to submit a lost mail search. If the package was sent from a business and you do not have the receipt for the insurance, then you wont be able to submit one. Even if you know what the contents of the package were. Ive been trying to figure out now, for 3 hours how to submit a request and have had to call in 2 different times now for help. The second representitive was extremely rude and just left me on hold. They make it impossibile to find anything. Do yourself a favor. Send your mail through another carrier. This company sucks

The lady behind the desk was helping someone with a issue that took time to resolve. She never acknowledge us in line. But she began to talk to someone in the back, never asked them to come out while we were waiting in line. We Wait an additional 20 minutes and then she started moving like a turtle. I just left.
