    UPS store on Washington Road in Bridgeville is so convenient for drop offs of Amazon returns. The staff is always friendly knowledgeable and takes care of customers efficiently and quickly.

    This is the WORST UPS Store ever. They don’t answer a single question, the employees are just chatting with each other. There was a girl with blue hair — we asked her a question three times, and she literally turned her face away and kept talking to her coworker. We tried again, and she abruptly turned around and walked away! What kind of customer service is this?! Why are they even working there if they can’t treat customers properly?! We went there on December 1st at 4:26 PM, and if the manager checks the cameras, they will see how incredibly rude and unprofessional the service was. Absolutely the WORST service I’ve ever experienced!!!

    Dropped off a phone (10/27/25) to be mailed back to my phone carrier. Was notified by my carrier that they hadn’t received the phone and went to check on the tracking number. My phone was never shipped from the store. Thankfully the manager assured me that they don’t have camera data from 10 days and without my receipt, I was out of luck. So one of these lovely employees or managers is enjoying a bricked iPhone that was meant to be shipped back. Thank you to management for being utterly useless. I’ll reach out to file a police report tomorrow. Customers beware!

    The store was very busy but the person that took care of me was very nice and took his time. Didn't rush and didn't seem bothered that I was there.
