Was notified by my carrier that they hadn’t received the phone and went to check on the tracking number. My phone was never shipped from the store. Thankfully the manager assured me that they don’t have camera data from 10 days and without my receipt, I was out of luck. So one of these lovely employees or managers is enjoying a bricked iPhone that was meant to be shipped back. Thank you to management for being utterly useless. I’ll reach out to file a police report tomorrow. Customers beware!
