Was expecting a package today from Amazon via usps. I saw on my Ring camera a woman deliver the package to a planter I have near my house and return to her vehicle. I could clearly see it was the package I was expecting. Almost back to her vehicle she stopped, came back and retrieved the package. Back to the truck again she yelled something I could not decipher. A message from Informed Delivery indicates that a message was left indicating "no authorized recipient available. The is no authorized message that I can locate. It was not left on the door as Ring clearly she never got that close. How did she establish that no one was available?

My father recently passed and was cremated. His remains were shipped to my address via USPS. Today, Monday, I received a notice that an attempt to deliver his remains had been made. When I contacted the Breezewood Post Office and spoke with Bethany, she somehow felt the need to try to convince me that the notice was dated Saturday and was therefore in my mailbox on Saturday. When I told her that just because the notice was dated Saturday did not mean that it was placed in my mailbox on Saturday....irrelevant anyway. She laughed and continued to attempt to convince me until I said that I just need know if the package, clearly marked "CREMATED REMAINS", was physically at the post office so that i could pick it up. I'm not sure when people became so insensitive to other people's pain but this kind of insensitive person should not be dealing directly with the public.
