- AMAsh MulaOct 21, 20231.0The gentleman that works between here and the Clintonville location has a serious attitude problem. He was sitting down on his phone and appeared bothered when I needed help delivering a package. He had issues with the scale and instead of patiently trying to figure it out, he abandoned me to help other customers. I ended up paying close to $3 more than I should have because he incorrectly calibrated the scale. Customer service was a priority to his "regular" customers but not me? I don't want to listen to a private conversation when I was the first customer in line to be helped.
