- TSTea SwartzFeb 12, 20265.0Dave was great no issues at all I can tell you way better than 7th st post office customer service great and dave agreed with me something wrong In harrisburg post office on 7th st so I knew it was not all usps offices and 7th st needs a new look quick and fast in harrisburg. Dave was great has integrity and no issues i waited till I had a doctor's appointment to come to this post office so there is the difference. Small but I know it will get to the destination no issues. In case know one knows u dont have to buy tape and it is at the usps discretion if they choose to help u or not. But file a complaint on the post office that no does there jobs at all. And seen how I have so many issues with 7th street post office harrisburg lazy and worthless I am going to go deeper into this and make them do there jobs. Dave was wonderful and no complaints at all I will go back to boiling springs post office. I have always liked it there for 20 or more years love ❤️ it

- RBRenee BierbaumSep 4, 20255.0I’ve lived in Carlisle since 2015 and always used the Carlisle post office but I’ve never enjoyed going there. The parking lot is a headache, the staff isn’t very pleasant, and there’s almost always a line. Recently, I had a package to drop off and was dreading the trip, but I realized the Boiling Springs post office is actually closer to me, so I decided to go there instead. Parking was easy, I was helped right away, and the staff couldn’t have been more pleasant. Angie, in particular, was so kind and helpful. It was hands down the best post office experience I’ve ever had, and I actually left in a better mood than when I walked in. Highly recommend the Boiling Springs post office, you won’t regret going there instead.
