Extremely disappointing experience at the Blue Bell USPS. The employee assisting me was rude, raised her voice, and spoke to me as if I should already know everything. There was no reason for that kind of attitude.
I came in with a prepaid label, yet I was still told to pay again without a clear explanation. The way this was handled was unprofessional and unacceptable.

Went to drop off a package for an Amazon return. Maybe it is this location, but the label needed tape for the package and they would not take it and said they could only scan it and I would have to buy tape to tape the label into the package.
In other locations, they had tape available in the middle counters or once you reached the main front person they would be able to tape it, but this was not the case.
I wished they would have specified that somewhere for this location, but it was a wasted trip.

Went yesterday 3/4 to renew my passport. 1st woman said passport person on lunch and I had to wait. I get to the back of the line. My turn comes up and she yells at me about waiting. I'm confused and thinking"what"? Then this other person comes in and starts yelling at me about the passport and I can't just walk in (actually the website did say that was an option). I just moved and all my important documents are lost. I came with some things and to try to figure out what and how to do. This one just flat out shut me down. The other one said see everyone trying to go vacation that's why they want their passport. I'm literally in tears. I'm not going on vacation. I have a possible opportunity for medical treatment. Sadly the US government shut down access to many medical treatments over the past year. And these ladies were nasty and cruel. I was looking for help and how to navigate getting this passport.

Slowest post office ever. I understand it's not the employee's fault but there was only ONE person working and yet the line was to the door. It took forever to ship one package, and while the employee was nice, 30+ minutes waiting is not. I'll go to my local one from now on.
