  I live in the area and have always used this UPS. The staff is always so kind and helpful. Luke was so kind as to help get my larger packages out of my car! I highly recommend this particular UPS store!

  The store is never open when their hours are clearly listed. I just went today at 5:00 and the lights are on but they locked the door.

  Whenever I try to go here over lunch to drop off a package they have a hand-witten note up that they are closed from 12 - 1. To add insult to injury there is a big OPEN FOR YOU sign next to the door...

  I have been going here to send packages and have documents notarized for over a year. I have never had a bad experience or arrived at 9am to find them closed. When I go, it's in and out and the owner is very nice and social. I go out of my way to go there passing the ups store on Germantown pike which is a disaster.
