    DO NOT TAKE YOUR PACKAGES HERE THEY WILL BE STOLEN!! I have a police report and everything. Look at the reviews this isn’t the first time this happened here! DO NOT TAKE YOUR PACKAGES HERE THEY WILL BE STOLEN.

    I was there yesterday, 1/7/26 around 3:45, there was a long line with only one woman working. I witnessed a customer raise her voice to her , get fresh with her and she totally maintained her cool and professionalism! She finished taking care of the (fresh) women and continued servicing everyone with a smile. She even thanked people for their patience, I thanked her for her patience dealing with the public with such poise. I wish I would have gotten her name, she needs to be recognized for her kindness and professionalism. I hope that customers will learn from her and show the same respect. Thank you !!!

    If I could give zero stars I would. Went to this location at 2:35 in the afternoon, there was a long of 6-7 people in front of me and two postal workers at the counter. The guy took over 5 minutes to help the person, I started the clock when I walked, then promptly left for the day after finishing with her, leaving the other worker with everyone else in line. 25 minutes later there are still 3 people in front of me and now the line has grown to 9. No additional help ever came out for counter work, just another employee who grabbed packages off the counter and threw them through a window into what I hope was an outgoing bin, f- our packages I guess. Unbelievably bad service, should not take over thirty minutes to mail a single item.
