I made an appointment for my mom’s passport at another nearby USPS location for today but when we arrived we were told they do not have a certified agent available. The USPS clerk then called Blakeslee office and Jojo was very nice to just let us walk in with no prior appointment. She was very knowledgeable, kind and friendly upon interaction. Just a great person that this USPS location is lucky to have. Thanks again Jojo!
