- BLBonnie LucasApr 6, 20255.0I occasionally use this post office because I have family in the area. I have never had any kind of problem. I recently witnessed a demanding customer being rude to one of the postal employees over something she could not control, which was a complicated transaction of some kind that I never use. It involved a fingerprint or thumbprint, and I think the customer was trying to send something out of the country. I feel sorry for these employees who are being asked to do so many additional services besides basic postal matters these days. They really should not have to have the additional responsibilities because it delays serving other customers and security is very tight with all electronic uses. If a transaction is shut down by the many security barriers, that is not the fault of the postal employee.
