I sent some important very time-sensitive documents by Priority Mail Express 1-Day, with guaranteed delivery by 3pm the following day. This was a guaranteed next day service with a money back guarantee. The envelope wasn't delivered as promised and arrived a day late. Sure, they refunded the postage ($24.70), but the damages and inconvenience caused by the late delivery was not compensated. All I can say is, "If you can't reliably provide a service, then you shouldn't be offering it!" Next time, I will use one of the two name brand delivery services, rather than depending on the undependable U.S. Postal Service.
