Once she (Nadia) returned from break she checked me out and reached across the screen to complete the customer service survey for me without telling me. So she gave herself a positive review without giving me the opportunity to provide MY feedback. I would venture to guess I am not the first person she has done that to. It's totally dishonest for her to review herself without the knowledge or permission of the customer. I asked someone else to help me after that and Mimi stepped in. She was clear, patient, kind, and honest.

Add "using your local post office" to the long list of stress you already have, because now you need to drive 15 more minutes to another post office. Or start using UPS instead.
