- ARAlexa RJan 2, 20262.0Line almost out the door at 12:00 on a Monday, and it's like that almost any time I've tried to mail something here before. I usually just turn around and drive to another post office because that will still take less time than waiting on line. They really need a second window open here or at least a self-service kiosk.

They offer a little to no guidance and help when it comes to selecting appropriate packaging. I asked for specific advice on how to ship something to an APO address, and the response I got was “whatever you want it doesn’t matter”

The woman behind the counter, which I forget her name, middle-aged hispanic woman. She was such a lovely person. There was quite a long line and she was the only clerk working at the time. There were five people ahead of me and each one she greeted and had a conversation with them while providing them the services they needed. Each person left with a smile on their face. It makes such a big difference for such a small gesture. I hope this lady gets recognition. I would personally like to say thank you so much! I was having a rough day until I came across you. ❤️

At the end when you're paying, she says, push the green face..lol...and she stares at you as you until you do it! So, she also tries to intimidate you after she is nasty and expects you to leave her a good review. This woman should be fired.
