I usually just turn around and drive to another post office because that will still take less time than waiting on line. They really need a second window open here or at least a self-service kiosk.

The woman behind the counter, which I forget her name, middle-aged hispanic woman. She was such a lovely person. There was quite a long line and she was the only clerk working at the time. There were five people ahead of me and each one she greeted and had a conversation with them while providing them the services they needed. Each person left with a smile on their face. It makes such a big difference for such a small gesture. I hope this lady gets recognition. I would personally like to say thank you so much! I was having a rough day until I came across you. ❤️
