I’ve had multiple frustrating experiences at this USPS location, all due to one particular employee. Today, she refused to accept my return package simply because the bag had the word “Express” on it, even though the shipping label was clearly for ground return. When I suggested scratching out the word, she mumbled something incoherent and continued to be unhelpful. She just doesn’t wanna help or work. It’s also not the first time she insists that I buy a packaging bag from the branch despite I have my stuff perfectly packaged.
Overall, this isn’t the first time I’ve had issues with her. On a previous visit, she was literally eating a cucumber while I was speaking to her, and another time, she was watching videos on her phone instead of assisting customers. I kept calling her cause I was the only customer AND SHE WAS TOO BUSY WATCHING VIDEOS. I even filed a complaint before, and the branch manager just sent me a voice message saying they would “investigate.” Clearly, nothing has changed!
It’s shocking that someone with such poor customer service is still representing USPS. If you need efficient and professional service, I’d recommend avoiding this location!

I'm a proud former CCA & am writing this review for the same reason I write all reviews - to honor and acknowledge exceptional service.
I had such a wonderful conversation with Mike (#1 Mike don't get it confused) while dropping off a mailpiece today that it validated & reinforced what a true career looks like.
God Bless the USPS. If you want to send mail in Bethlehem, do it here. Bring your best self & that's what you'll see in reflection
