If you are shipping anything of value from this location, just prepare yourself for it to become a "donation" and know it will never be seen again. I shipped a fully insured package from here valued at $687. I paid roughly $100 in postage and insurance for one reason: protection if something went wrong. The "something that went wrong" unfortunately was sending it from this location in the first place. The package reached its destination torn open with the contents missing. Based on the weight discrepancy from when it was initially measured and the transfer location, the contents were stolen before it even got close to the destination. I submitted full documentation, including the original invoice and proof of value. My claim was denied. I appealed. Denied again. Submitted a congressional inquiry. Also denied. I paid extra for insurance, followed every rule, provided every document requested, and still absorbed the entire loss. No recourse, none of the insurance money, and no package. This location is unfortunately a thieves' den masking as a USPS. More alarming than the contents being stolen, which happens more often than not when shipping with USPS, is it’s the complete lack of accountability afterward. No meaningful explanation. No transparency. Just a denial. When a fully insured package can disappear and the customer is left holding the bill, that is not a minor inconvenience. That is a failure of trust. I wish I could simply say that you should avoid this location and choose another USPS location, but this is a glaring systemic problem and USPS has no plans on changing anything. If you are shipping anything you can’t afford to lose, you may want to consider giving it to your local pickpocket, since you will have a higher chance of receiving your package, and if you don't, you at least won't have to go through the claims process to be told you're out of luck.

They Claimed my package was delivered through a parcel locker. But there is none in my area and no key was given. They lie to buy extra time
