One day it is all "Hi Sweetie" here; next day you are treated like pond scum for reasons unbeknownst to me. Went in with a stack of mailings for my employer, asked for cheapest way to send (Standard mail?) Attendant says "Tracking?" I said no. She proceeds to ring up all mail under First Class and says "With tracking it is $ much." To which I responded " I think I said no tracking ." She continues ringing up all under first class, subtly banging things around, as she gives me receipt mumbles thank you. Costing my employer close to twice as much for the total bill. Seriously, I am in customer service, I was not rude, I simply reminded her I said no tracking and cheapest way. These wazoos need training. They get gruff with you for personal perceptions of micro- criticisms that are simply requeete- it is weird. Other days I have witnessed the woman at the passport office jamming out to tunes we all can hear on her phone, and the male that works there literally face times his kids while helping customers, talking to them as if you are not being waited on in front of him! Then when the screen appears for "How did we do today" he reaches over me and pressed the Happy Face!" You cannot make this up. One time I was awaiting a furniture delivery that they just waited weeks to deliver because the woman on that route could not lift the item. Yet, they take the contracted funds from Amazon to make these deliveries. They treated me like I was Cruelly for expecting the piece to be delivered. Also if you ship for Poshmark, I recommend always getting a receipt as they lollygag with ship time and lose about 1 out of every dozen packages you ship and yes I check my labels and weight and address. I need Veronika from Instagram to make a visit here and record the buffoonery to make an example of this place...or they need to grow a few balloons and float away! Calling the Post Master.

Another government facility that can get away with being ran extremely poorly. 9/10 I come here there is a huge line and only one poor soul behind the counter to try and handle it.

Arrived around 10:30am and was helped by Nadia. She was extremely helpful and pleasant. Nadia provided exceptional customer service. She was very approachable, kind, and had a sweet accent. Give that woman a raise!
