Long line. One person working. Another worker took her break as soon as the line grew. Once she (Nadia) returned from break she checked me out and reached across the screen to complete the customer service survey for me without telling me. So she gave herself a positive review without giving me the opportunity to provide MY feedback. I would venture to guess I am not the first person she has done that to. It's totally dishonest for her to review herself without the knowledge or permission of the customer. I asked someone else to help me after that and Mimi stepped in. She was clear, patient, kind, and honest.

Great service, when there’s a line it tends to move quickly. No complaints.

Apparently once you "do something" to upset any of the workers here, they obviously begin treating you differently. Add "using your local post office" to the long list of stress you already have, because now you need to drive 15 more minutes to another post office. Or start using UPS instead.

My adult daughter misplaced her mailbox key for her home. And when she went there so she can get replacement keys. The lady at the front desk an african lady said, so why did you lose your keys?So then my daughter replied, my children must have misplaced them. She told my daughter, ah, don't blame those children. Why did you lose those keys??. Let me be clear.!!!! That's unprofessional. It's unacceptable, that's not her job to question somebody about losing keys, it happens. It's a part of life. But no one needs to feel guilty for losing their keys, it is not her job to chastise Anyone especially an adult whose over thirty and then told her later, when she found out her age, she doesn't look her age.She thought she was eighteen. It doesn't matter what her age is.It's not her job to question her on why?How and when she lost her keys!! And then she's paying twenty five dollars to receive her keys. There's no amount of money out there to pay to be embarrassed and question. When you ask for help to replace your keys at a post office at that it's unacceptable, it's unprofessional, and it's not a part of her job. Now my adult daughter is polite. She tries to brush things off. Because she doesn't like confrontation. So she'll laugh things off and keep it moving. But however I'm not and I do reviews, and my reviews are read. I would appreciate if this lady doesn't ever, ever overstep her boundaries to insult question or embarrass someone coming for help. Whether it's for mail or keys or stamps. Do your job say thank you. You're welcome help wherever hell is needed and that's that. And i'm positive, this is not the first time, but it's, it should be the last.
