Were printed before by the end of the day 4 out of 5 was for the young associate who sat on his phone, I waited a good 2 minutes before I said something

A very kind associate helped me, I just had to send the image and they adjusted it, placed the order, and the next day I was able to pick it up. The service was excellent. However, today I came back to purchase the same banner service again, and they told me I could not do it in-store, that I had to place the order only online—even though they had already done it for me in person before. The process literally takes five minutes, yet I had to wait in line for almost 10–20 minutes just to be told they would not provide the service they advertise. This was very disappointing
