    Please go waste your time trying to print some documents here at the staples and waste your money and then you would realize the printing machine is running out of ink after you waste your money and time printing 30 documents and when you ask the employee the reason for it and ask for assistance they will give you attitude saying and I quote “I have asked for ink from THEM and they won’t give it to me”. Before that waste your time trying to log into their computers which takes gazillion years lol what a waste of time and money.

    Last time I came to Staples, I wanted to make a banner for my work. A very kind associate helped me, I just had to send the image and they adjusted it, placed the order, and the next day I was able to pick it up. The service was excellent. However, today I came back to purchase the same banner service again, and they told me I could not do it in-store, that I had to place the order only online—even though they had already done it for me in person before. The process literally takes five minutes, yet I had to wait in line for almost 10–20 minutes just to be told they would not provide the service they advertise. This was very disappointing
