They damaged over $300 worth of items that were ALL insured for their amount and they went around and around with every excuse as to why they won’t honor the insurance. Their final excuse, “they should have been double boxed” so to say, they admit that their boxes are not durable and STILL refused the insurance and proceeded to be dishonest and call us back in after they tried to keep the items to which they refused to pay for with the insurance that I PURCHASED. I shouldn’t even give this place one star. They simply don’t care and that’s all there is to it. The people that work in this facility couldn't care less about your packages, money or time. Just use UPS and be done because these people aren’t worth the hassle or the damaged items you will receive.
