- DPDillon PusateriDec 3, 20251.0I had a very negative experience at this location today, December 3rd at approximately 5:15 PM. The clerk assisting me was openly rude and dismissive, muttering “this is ridiculous” under her breath during our interaction and maintaining a sour, irritated attitude rather than providing professional customer service. When I mentioned that I don’t mail items often to explain my inexperience, she replied sarcastically, “I can tell,” instead of offering assistance or basic courtesy. While my packaging needed adjustment, the response was unnecessary and unprofessional. This is especially frustrating because I had a similar negative experience with this same employee several years ago during a passport photo visit at this location. The behavior appears to be consistent. This type of treatment is unacceptable at a public-facing federal service counter where customers should be treated with respect and professionalism.
