Stood at the counter while no one else was even in the place. Finally a guy came out, didn’t have any answers and had to ship it again. Made no sense.

Was looked and greeted with dirty look...Insulted...And when I asked her is there an issue? She said I should be carried out in a body bag? The 2 ladys next to her were stunned and they were white. And she is a black like myself. I don't understand if you are a Federal Employee what makes you think you can say things like that to people? - RDRobert DanielNov 30, 20201.0Hey, why is it that when I needed to ship back an item I had bought online and couldn't print the label the company emailed to me because I, well, DON'T HAVE A PRINTER the nice and supposedly friendly lady told me, with certainty, how she was unable to print it out for me. Welll, okay, off I go, gee thanks. Btw this is after I even purchased a box to ship the item in. So I head on over to the Castle Shannon blvd post office, and lo and behold, the nice and friendly guy in there says, "oh here no problem" grabs my box and goes in the back for 30 seconds and comes right back out with the printed label. Funny how that works. Okay so back to reviewing bethel park P.O. I'm going to assume that it was nothing personal and that the lady really does like me, that she did not intend to be mean or inconsiderate whatsoever. It's just she's actually lazy, and indolent, and didn't feel like doing what the other guy at the other post office was perfectly capable of doing :). Pretty much all I need to know to stay as far away from this place as possible. My business is evidently not wanted anyway. Don't worry the feeling's mutual ;)

I HAVE TRIED CALLING - CANT GET A HUMAN ON THE PHONE WHICH IS INFURIATING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THEN I FINALLY PUSHED ENOUGH BUTTONS AND GOT A MESSAGE SAYING MY WAIT TIME IS 2 HOURS! ARE YOU KIDDING ME! JUST TERRIBLE! AND I ONLY GAVE A STAR SO I COULD POST THIS.
