Item arrived completely destroyed. Claims department told me the store should refund the packaging. I took my receipt and tried to explain what happened and what I was told. Woman behind counter just keeps saying no. No no no. Refused to give me a refund. Over two months for my claim to be settled. UPS drivers try to break your packages. I ship lots of packages using all different companies. This place and the poorly developed staff at this particular store aren't worth the trouble and hardship they will inevitably cause. May God have mercy on your souls.
