- DADana AgulisFeb 8, 20245.0Have been to this location a handful of times. Staff has always been helpful and friendly! The young woman working here went out of her way to help me figure out how to ship a very awkward shaped item.. even explained how to cut a huge box down to fit it, so I wouldn't be charged an astronomical amount. Reading the 1 star reviews made me "iffy" about using this location, but I'm glad I did and got to experience the friendliness and helpfulness first hand. I definitely didn't have any issues with any of the staff here.

Along with being berated by the post master for not picking up the mail everyday while my father was in the hospital in Pittsburgh, he thinks he is untouchable and can’t be fired; so does his job in a half-assed manner and allows the carriers get away with not doing their job. On top of all that - I go to pick up the mail today & am told to come back this afternoon because he’s out til then & he didn’t leave a list of who’s allowed to pick up the mail. Now if we lived in a city, I would understand this but we don’t. Our town doesn’t even have a stop light. We don’t even have a flashing light! We are not a “hotbed of felons committing postal fraud”!!! So totally over this post office! Get someone out here who wants to do their job & get the mail out to the people it belongs to! If I could give negative stars I would!
- ASAngelo SunDec 29, 20175.0I'm always treated well and service is quick and efficient: in and out of the door in a couple minutes, if that. Staff has always been friendly and professional, and when they see my kids, they always offer them candy. Only minor inconvenience is them being closed during lunch time and ending their workday near the time I get off work: there have been a couple of times I tried mailing something during my lunch time and finding them closed, or trying to mail something on my way home after work, only to find them closed as well.
