This location has some of the most miserable workers who are not at all friendly or willing to help you they act like you're an inconvenience when you come in and the funny thing is without us coming in they wouldn't have a job. It's absolutely ridiculous how pathetic the Berwick post office is.

Definitely a step up from the people that were already there. Always had issues before with terrible customer service and she has made coming to this post office enjoyable now. She deserves a raise!

Then find out the updates on the tracking information was a blatant LIE! Didnt even leave the facility! Guess it's easier to punch lies into a computer then actually do your job and deliver when you say you will!
