Mostly ok. Several times lost packages or no reasons noted for failed delivery attempts.

they have a contract with amazon to deliver packages. even on a Sunday. here it is almost 5 pm, my tracking on amazon only updated that it was transferred to them. they have not delivered it at all. if you're not going to honor your contracts, then you may as well as cancel your contract! This is not the only time that I have had this exact issue and their response is always "we do not deliver on a Sunday" which is a blatant lie as I've seen them delivering on Sunday's many times. I'd also like to mention that they received my package at 5 am which means there was someone present there to receive it.

This location is a joke, much like most of USPS. This location has some of the most miserable workers who are not at all friendly or willing to help you they act like you're an inconvenience when you come in and the funny thing is without us coming in they wouldn't have a job. It's absolutely ridiculous how pathetic the Berwick post office is.

Terrible at the actual office. They have lost 4 packages of mine in the last year, all claimed to be delivered. The most recent, I was outside as the truck pulled away so I know no one stole it.
Tried to talk to the post master but she was "too busy". I was offered their phone number which I called 37 times a few days ago and no one ever answers. can't help you, I was told.
I would give zero stars if I could.

605 p.m. is when the mail carrier pulled up to our mailbox. They looked inside their car and then drove away! Leaving quite a few outgoing pieces of mail sitting in my box. I hollered, they looked, and just drove away!I have lived in more than half of the United States and I have never encountered worse mail delivery than in Berwick.
