Moving to bernville 4 months ago, I keep getting mail that was supposed to be forwarded to the previous owners. I keep getting mail intended for surrounding homes. They even switched my Amazon packages with a neighbor last week. I was warned, but I had no idea how sloppy they'd be.

Filed a missing mail claim online on 11/26 and received an email from Elizabeth Moser Bernville PO on 11/28 @ 7am that they are investigating. It is 11/29 and our mail was not delivered again yesterday. I have "informed delivery" set up so i can see what is coming each day and nothing. I had mail to go out in my mailbox with the flag up as well and it was still in my box the next day. Since the PO can't explain where my mail is I will file a complaint at the next level. UPDATE: today is 12/2 still no packages delivered. 1 package was marked delivered but never received. PO checked GPS and told me it was delivered to the wrong address & they would retrieve it and redeliver- that was on 11/29, still nothing.
- ALA LOct 13, 20221.0This place is as useless as it gets, like biden and all democrats, especially the woman at the counter (i guarantee she’s one) I had to deal with today. Horrible service and they try to tell you something they have no clue about, like my mail box lol. How’s this, you worry about getting the packages delivered to people who have ordered things to be delivered by a certain time instead of not doing your job and screwing everyone that’s waiting for something. Might as well just set up boxes so I can get my mail on my own, I’d do a better job. Seems like the management wether here or usps in general is just brain dead period! The only good person that was at the counter was moved (bad management decision), and replaced with someone who doesn’t have a clue and has no proper answers. Also my mail carrier who is a great person and always on point, but it seems that everyone who tries to do his job can’t accomplish it, pretty pitiful and sad! Time to fire everyone but the veteran carriers and when they retire, set up drop boxes and machines so we can can get our own mail and ship our own things. Management is a bunch of useless people here!!!
