Almost every time I get a package they don't bother delivering the package but instead enter into the system "Customer requested package be held." LIES. When asked they then claim there is no where to leave packages. We suggest the porch. They claim they 'didn't know' they had permission to. We tell them they have permission. Problem persists. It is a 15-20 minute drive into town to get packages, then parking and waiting in line. This is absurd. This post office is not doing their job and lying about it.
