- LLLaurieDec 15, 20252.0Went to this post office and with no parking in the public area,I parked in back along the street. while inside a post office vehicle parked behind my car and blocked me in. Upon asking some employees if the vehicle could be moved I was told the mailman parked there and went on his foot route and that he would be gone a while. Why would a person block a vehicle and leave. Just rude!!!
- SSStacy SJan 17, 20251.0We used to have a wonderful mail carrier named Mike. He was the best - friendly, conscientious and considerate. He more than earned his Christmas tip each year. But he's gone and now we have random people who are not friendly, not conscientious or considerate. One example is leaving packages on the dirty wet ground instead of putting them on the dry covered porch. Also, not delivering something for no good reason and then lying online about why it "couldn't" be delivered. And if you call the Bentleyville post office to find out when/how you will get your undelivered mail be prepared to call many times and if you're lucky enough to have a human finally answer be prepared for that human to be unfriendly and totally unconcerned about your wanting to receive your property. Update: they've gotten worse. The carrier who delivers on Mondays will leave packages on top of the mailbox and on the ground next to it (on the side of the road) instead of coming down the driveway to the house.

- SMShane MillerAug 13, 20181.0I don’t know what is up with USPS in Bentleyville. I keep getting redelivery notices in my email from them saying that they attempted to deliver packages. Problem is there is no notice on my door and I have a camera system on my house that shows that no one attempted delivery. This may have worked 10 years ago on stupid people but I’m not stupid. I have a sign on the front of my house that says leave packages at the rear and cameras that record every angle of my house. No one showed up. You’re lucky the hold for USPS was 40 minutes long!
