  Unfortunately staples offers way to many random services and does not have enough employees for the work load. I waited forever in line for Amazon return then when I was ready to check out with merchandise I waited for a long time again. One poor worker was manning both Amazon and the register. Nothing against her! I feel bad she was left to the sharks. She did force me into an account with them but I know the workers have a strict quota so again not fully her fault. It would have been nice for her to get some help but her coworkers were blowing up balloons (random) or no where to be found.

  My daughter‘s 15th birthday is today so I decided to go to Staples the party city inside to grab three balloons two plain ones and a happy birthday. I had to pay for them first before she blew them up which was fine. I purchased them and then the lady took them over to the counter and she was proceeding to blow them up, when a gentleman came out of whatever door was behind the cash register and stated that a party for today reserved balloons to be done at 3 o’clock. So I had to wait until they were blown up before they could blow up my balloons when the gentleman is not coming to pick them up until 3 o’clock, so I was confused as to why they couldn’t blow three balloons up, which would only take five minutes before they started that order that the gentleman said I would have to wait for 30 minutes so it only would’ve took Him 30 minutes to blow them up when I arrived there at 11:30. Worst customer service I ever experienced in my life and I’m not one to make bad reviews. I wish I got the gentleman‘s name, but he wanted to show his muscles for whatever reason you work at Staples my guy.

  Ordered new business cards online & they were picked up in the store. Ordering was easy & the turn around time was excellent! The cards look great-exactly what we needed.

  The store has a decent selection of office supplies and the staff is generally helpful. However, I found the pricing to be a bit higher than I expected, and it can get crowded during peak hours. Overall, it’s a solid option for quick office needs, but some improvements would make it even better.
