- OKOksana KustikovaOct 21, 20251.0Came tonight at 7:22pm to print something, asked for help, but the female at the printing area was rude from the beginning started saying that they closing in 30 min when it was still 40 min left before closing, so I stood there and waited for her after I sended the photos on e-mail but she just started been more ignorant, then she called an employee name Eric he came up to me, tried to explain the situation to him but he just stared printing me photos wrong size, I work in customer service myself but never treated my customers like that even if they would come 5-10 minutes before closing. I have never experienced worse customer service like tonight in this country before!! Will never use that store ever again, awful people work there!!

The assistant manager Paul was extremely helpful even though I was nervous knowing I needed to buy a new computer to replace my old un-updatable one, and he made the experience much easier than I thought it would ever be.
