- CNColby NeumeisterJan 27, 20261.0Functional... But the card reader does not accept cards, and does not accept large bills, only accepts $1 bills and quarters. You can't see the screen. The buttons are ripped off, but someone scratched a 1 and a 5 into the plastic so at least you know which button you're pressing. And it seems to dispense slightly less than 5 gallons. It's functional as long as you have quarters or $1 bills, but severely neglected.
