I understand not getting mail on the 26th because of deep snow, but we received mail on the 29th of January (Thursday) but none since! Unacceptable!!! They only delivered part of our area today Jan.31 and we weren’t part of that area.
- DCDana CulbertJan 18, 20232.0The front desk workers are usually pretty nice, however we have had our handicapped parking permit stolen - twice - by someone at the post office. It's either the Bellefonte office or Johnstown. Whatever person is responsible should be ashamed of themselves.
- CHChristina HartleyJan 2, 20181.0I wish there were a "zero stars" option. My packages are continuously marked as delivered when they are not at my doorstep. I have lost money because the manufacturers say it was delivered per my post office and have been told multiple times to "check my mailbox." It is insulting. When I walk in to mail something, I am told "the system doesn't like that address. Come back when it is correct." Funny how it was and they didn't look it up correctly. This place is incompetent and frustrating to say the very least.
