We finally have happy faces when we go into the Bellefonte PO. What a change! Happy, polite, friendly, and knowledgeable! Thank goodness. Using the phone # listed for this PO is totally useless, however. AI cannot handle our questions and/or needs. They sent me a web site to do it on-line - but the website failed to work. Such is the benefits of AI at this time. Please use people, not AI!

The front desk workers are usually pretty nice, however we have had our handicapped parking permit stolen - twice - by someone at the post office. It's either the Bellefonte office or Johnstown. Whatever person is responsible should be ashamed of themselves.

I wish there were a "zero stars" option. My packages are continuously marked as delivered when they are not at my doorstep. I have lost money because the manufacturers say it was delivered per my post office and have been told multiple times to "check my mailbox." It is insulting. When I walk in to mail something, I am told "the system doesn't like that address. Come back when it is correct." Funny how it was and they didn't look it up correctly. This place is incompetent and frustrating to say the very least.
