Using the phone # listed for this PO is totally useless, however. AI cannot handle our questions and/or needs. They sent me a web site to do it on-line - but the website failed to work. Such is the benefits of AI at this time. Please use people, not AI!

- RBRoxanne BellDec 12, 20241.0I placed a cyber Monday order on Amazon. I accidentally put my old zip code- 16823- instead of Milesburg’s 16853. By the time I had realized my mistake, I was unable to change the address on Amazon. On Sunday I got a notification from Amazon saying that my delivery was being held at USPS. And that I had to contact USPS. On Monday my boyfriend went to Bellefonte’s USPS, they told him they had nothing, but I could call Amazon and they’d fix it. I called Amazon and they told me that the last scan was at Bellefonte’s USPS. I went myself on Tuesday and Wednesday to the USPS in Bellefonte. A young woman behind the counter said “If it’s the wrong address, we’re not obligated to hold your packages.” Ok, we’ll number one, the last scan was at the Bellefonte USPS, number two, I’m one town over…. You couldn’t call me to come pick them up? Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service. Even though I’m the one who made the original mistake, they messed something up horribly. I went back today (Thursday) and they told me to go down to Milesburg USPS. So I did. Luckily they seem to know more there than the young lady behind the counter at the Bellefonte USPS, who nastily told me “we’re not obligated to hold your packages.” Milesburg USPS said Bellefonte scanned the packages incorrectly and now the tracking number no longer exists :)
