Now deliveries are delayed week after week for months yet we are still double billed for services we do not receive and referred online to an app that does not work. We are then required to contact an office with long hold times that does not call back to hold your place, and we cannot get a delivery even after we cancel our account because the equipment does not work and all our bottles were empty months ago due to no service which we are still charged for.
