When I went to ask about it, the manager was loud, rude and condescending. Just kept saying, I cant help you and dont know what to tell you. Again, it was their screw up. I left before I dragged him across the counter. I have always been nice when I came there and was nice when I came in today. I even asked him to talk away from the customers and he refused and became rude. I didnt deserve the treatment I received and I will gladly go out my way to stay away from this place. To add to the response. I brought in a package and printed a label and I was told to send it to YOUR email for the store. A label was printed and you all slapped it on MY package and sent it to Texas. That is the stores fault and not mine. You brushed me off, you were rude and you didnt try to help. If this helps you sleep at night....so be it. But own up to your mistake & say sorry.

Don’t waste your money on printers, scanners, fax machines, etc. The people at this store are very friendly and can help you get all your electronic paperwork done fast and efficiently. They also are great for Amazon returns and mailing delicate items.
