- KCKevin CrumDec 20, 20251.0I went in there to ship a christmas package and they wouldn't even let me use a piece of tape to seal the box. The box that I bought from them🙄, they said I had to buy a whole roll. So i had to drive the whole way back home to get tape & my own box, because I wasn't buying a box if they wouldn't even let me use one piece of tape. last time I went in there i had a package that didn't show up and it was delayed, I went in there with the shipping information, and I was told they couldn't even look it up and tell me where it currently was. So I called my friend who is a usps driver, and he literally looked it up in his van while he was dropping off packages. so they obviously could have they just didn't want to take the time to look. we live in a small town and i'm not a fan of people not helping people. so I switched my thousands of packages that I sell on ebay to a different post office.

- ENEmily NymanAug 5, 20191.0There have been at least 5 occasions where packages were not delivered to my address. Every time the reason given is “animal interference”. Not only are my dogs behind an invisible fence but we’ve spoken to our delivery carrier and drove to the post office and drew a map of where the invisible fence is. The driveway is excluded and there’s no reason a package can not be placed in the driveway. Every time we are told the info would be communicated to the drivers. It’s not.
