I came for my son to apply for his 3rd passport at age 14, these team members rejected my son’s birth certificate because my wife’s name was misspelled by one letter, this is the same USPS that processed his application, not once, but twice! They are not only unprofessional but thin skinned. Customer service? Ha! That’s an after thought here! Another reason the entire USPS is top heavy with administrators and managers who are far removed from the customer’s standpoint! Customer service and satisfaction doesn’t live at Ardmore Post Office!
