On a CONSTANT basis, packages are not being brought to my porch and a note is left in my mailbox saying "dogs were out" I find this hilarious because NO ONE was home at the time of the deliveries so HOW could my dogs be outside???? I've also checked my security cameras on all occasions with PROOF that NO DOGS were outside nor did the mail delivery vehicle even come up my driveway.... the cameras don't lie!! The delivery personnel does!!! Their slogan..."We deliver for you".... yeah! Right!!!!

They are every day people displaying no bureaucratic attitude, which is so prevalent in a lot government agencies & private industries. They have been available to answer a variety of questions, help resolve problems and do so in a courteous, caring manner. After having worked in Federal service for 38 years, I know good service when I experience it.
