He talked down to me when I asked a simple question, was brusque during our interaction, and overall had a condescending tone with me. It was not acceptable and I can take my business elsewhere. I don't need the post office (as many others do not) so employees should be retrained on being polite and oriented toward customer service. If I don't take a tone with you, I really expect you not to take one with me. Horrible experience. I'll be focusing my efforts more toward other means of mail carry from now on, thank you very much.
