- AFAmber FleesNov 7, 20251.0Let me just start by saying it's not hard to be decent. I went here to pick up a package that was listed on my tracking "being held at post office by customer request". I'm the customer and I didn't request this, but it's no big deal I just dropped by after work. I waited for a few minutes for someone to come up, again, no biggie all cool. I gently explained my situation and that I was there to pick up my package. It's a Friday, I don't wanna be a burden and just leave it there all weekend. I didn't really care when I got this package. After silently punching in my tracking number and asking for the delivery address as well as giving me some bizarre expressions, they mentioned if something was blocking my mailbox. I explained my car is close-ish(3 feet) to my mailbox and will be moved soon. I expressed I'm having a lot of issues with depression and just haven't had the time or energy to play musical cars at my house to get it moved further away. This was dismissed which is fine. But then came the part that bothered me. They stated that *my mail persons name* is really good and the situation has to be really bad for her to write "something like that." What does that mean and what was that for? Now, being the anxious person I am, I think that my mail person is writing cruel things about me in their system. That sucks and just feels bad. I asked about it a little bit and said, "she isn't mad at me is she? I'm not mad about the package, the car will be moved tomorrow and I hope we are cool." The person just kept putting their hands up saying they just work inside or whatever. Immature and unprofessional response. If something bad was written, they could have just given me my package and not mentioned it to me. I was pleasant with them so why all this? Do better. I don't deserve to be feeling bad for being a normal human just calmly picking up a package.

All because he doesn't wanna open a screen door and lift the lid to my mailbox!!!!! Thus is extremely un-exceptable with it being tax time to boot no wonder I haven't received my tax return in the mail! There all to lazy to do there jobs professionally even tho they get paid 17.50 an hour!!! Do your job the way the law says!!!!
