- JLJohn LewisDec 2, 20251.0This post office carriers do not do their jobs. Every time I do not have incoming mail, they do not pick up the outgoing mail. I run an online business that ships out orders by 1st class letters DAILY. I have file MANY complaints through the USPS website, and the Post masters claim that they have marked my address for DAILY pickup even without incoming mail. Yet anytime the normal carrier is off, their substitute does NOT pick up the mail.

When I went to talk to them in person, I was pretty much told there was nothing they can do. Either dishonest employees or ones that just don't care. Now I'm out money with unhappy customers from eBay since they can't do there job properly.
