- TLTeddy LadosNov 15, 20251.0Be very careful if leaving prepaid packages at the drop box window. I had 2 packages that never got scanned in nor delivered. When I went to talk to them in person, I was pretty much told there was nothing they can do. Either dishonest employees or ones that just don't care. Now I'm out money with unhappy customers from eBay since they can't do there job properly.

This is the second time that when I went to the mailboxes at my apartment building to check my mail, the entire mail boxes door has been left wide open by the mail carrier. The mail boxes on the wall are divided into three sections, and for the second time, the entire middle door that covers several rows was left wide open. This was done late in the day, obviously by a carrier in a hurry to get done, and not paying any attention to what they were doing. This building has a problem with theft of mail as it IS, let alone for the door covering the individual boxes to be left wide open. This is happening way too often. Location is 1501 11th Avenue, Wolf Court apartments. I appreciate if it could be looked into, and the doors to the mailboxes to be secured. Also, our building is often skipped altogether lately for mail delivery. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I've spent last 30mins trying get a agent somehow. I live over 2 miles away from postal service not like I can get there. Plus takes money to ride the bus just for something could possibly be solved over the phone.This is the worst thing.
