- LMLeslie McCombsMar 20, 20261.0My delivery person is terrible! He doesn't know how to close the door on my mailbox, or any other mailbox on our street apparently. Mail is sopping wet or blowing away. Mail is delivered to the wrong house regularly. My neighbor has spoken to him about this. The delivery person was combative and said that our mailboxes didn't close properly. My mailbox makes a sound when it's closed properly. Not rocket science. Maybe this guy needs to have some training on how to close the door of a mailbox. Or maybe he needs to be fired. My neighbor was told (last year) that there have been many complaints about this particular employee, but that he is protected by the union. Ridiculous!

I’ve lost tons of money because they have lost the packages that we being held because they refused to deliver our stuff. Every time I go in, the staff is rude and short. It has been two years of this.

Packages arrive damaged, getting neighbor's mail, packages left on ground at mailbox in mud right by street where anyone could easily take it. Trying to get answers for getting through on the phone is impossible and calls appear to be outsourced because when I did get through to a live person they barely spoke English and kept interrupting.
