This post off in Allison Park PA has lost my mail, has re-routed mail incorrectly to the downtown office and it eventually got to me with a sticker that it was there originally and sent to the downtown office, and now missing mail.
- RLRachel LamoryFeb 14, 20245.0I’m editing this review to be 5 stars because I have never seen the lady I mentioned below again, and every single other time I have ever visited I’ve had amazing service from the people that work there. I would drive a lot further to come to this post office. Original review below: I would give 5 stars to the gentleman I usually deal with at this post office, and 1 star to the lady I dealt with on Monday. I had two packages for my daughters who are both in different colleges. I forgot to write Duquesne on one of my daughter’s packages and when I asked if I could write it, she told me no. She said she was going to put a random address on it and let the other post office deal with it. Then she yelled at me when I was trying to understand what was going on with her “workaround”. Her workaround did not work, and I can see that the package has been back and forth between Allison park and the warrandale center 3x already. PS. Telling someone to “have an awesome day” after you literally yelled at them like a child, does not negate the fact that you yelled at them.

Shes afraid to drive in snow and mortified of pot holes. She sucks. What happened to we deliver in snow rain ice and hail. Had to call post master to get her ti deliver my mail
