I’ve lost tons of money because they have lost the packages that we being held because they refused to deliver our stuff. Every time I go in, the staff is rude and short. It has been two years of this.

Packages arrive damaged, getting neighbor's mail, packages left on ground at mailbox in mud right by street where anyone could easily take it. Trying to get answers for getting through on the phone is impossible and calls appear to be outsourced because when I did get through to a live person they barely spoke English and kept interrupting.
