  This UPS store is my favorite. Not only are they super friendly—everyone—but they are very fast and efficient.

  I had a frustrating experience at this UPS Store. I came in with a small box that just needed a little bit of tape to seal it, but the staff refused to help unless I either left to close it myself or purchased an entire roll of tape. It felt unnecessary and unhelpful, especially considering it would have taken just a few seconds and a small amount of tape to assist a customer. I understand policies, but basic customer service should come first. This experience definitely left a negative impression.
