  I cannot understand how or why there are ANY negative reviews for this store. First and foremost, Anish, an assistant manager, is probably THE MOST helpful, customer-focused, customer satisfaction proponent in a retail setting with whom I have ever had the pleasure of interacting in my ENTIRE 68 years on planet earth - and THAT is NO exaggeration. To merely say that he goes "above and beyond the call of duty" is a gross understatement of exponential proportions. I simply cannot praise Anish enough. Before anyone thinks this is an "AI-generated" review, think again. I'm old-school, my friends, where we were raised on the principles of proper grammar, spelling and sentence structure. Aside from the most important aspect of this store - the very helpful management and staff in general - the store itself is clean, organized, and PACKED full of anything anyone would need to run an office or other electronics and gadget-filled operation. Finally, if you're buying furniture or expensive electronics, I highly recommend also purchasing the Asurion warranty - for literally a few additional dollars, it is outstanding coverage above and beyond the manufacturer's warranty if you ever need to use it. How do I know? Because this is the very reason that brought me to this store during this recent visit. The process was seamless, thanx in large part with the help of Anish, who again, put forth an heroic effort to ensure that I was made whole per the product failure - which was NOT Staples fault, but was the result of a manufacturing defect. Staff like this are becoming extremely difficult to find, so when one does, I feel compelled to give credit where credit is rightfully due. From this point forward, THIS Staples location will be my go-to outlet for anything electronic and office, even if I find better pricing on Amazon, etc. Unparalleled customer support and service is the MOST important criteria for me as a consumer these days, so even if it ends up costing a few more pennies, to me, at least, it's well worth the trade-off - especially in the current environment of declining quality control in manufacturing. Corporate Staples - you did a fantastic job recognizing the qualities of management and staff such as those present at the Lehigh Street store - they serve your business exceedingly well. It would behoove corporate to do anything necessary to ensure that these rich, customer-oriented individuals are retained. A word to the wise.

  I like the office supplies STAPLES offers. However, I went to make copies today. I was charged 34 cents for one single copy. There is no way the store is paying 34 cents for one single sheet of paper and ink. Will makes copies at home from now on.
