- SHs HalsteadAug 14, 20251.0HORRENDOUS! Mail is delivered to the wrong addresses. The personnel do not answer the phone. Nor do they return voice mail messages left by residents. I encourage everyone to lodge complaints, on line and or by phone regarding the location.

Address is valid I get Amazon packages everyday but can’t get my mail??? And they already took my money for an address change and won’t do a refund. HORRIBLE SERVICE no one knows what they are doing and manager doesn’t care at all. Will be reporting to corporate. Manager is stating there is no “district” to call a complaint in. Refusing to give any number to put a complaint.
